Autumn again

Well it is early Autumn and it is still pretty mild out there which is nice.

This summer was very very hot and lovely, had a very exhausting fun time with the family.

Kids been off with Gastric Flu this past week but that is settling down now, it is ripping through all the local schools, cleaned the house from top to bottom today in the hope of getting rid of the germs.

Well Winter is behind us according to the calendar, even if it feels chilly outside, the new baby birds are out of their nest and very hungry.

The bird song always gets happier this time of year I suppose it is the birds way of saying 'thank goodness spring has arrived' it must be a very hard life for them out there in the winter with no heating brrrr. According to the experts though they are still very short of food so it is important to continue feeding them and providing water all year round as we have used much of the land that they once used for food, so it is payback time so to speak.

To say thank you for the food I have been getting flowers dropped on my front door step and back door step....worth a kings ransom a thank you like that

Things have been very busy for some time now...

...photos developed I just need to sit down and select some.

Kids have had the flu...luckily a mild form, so the past 2 weeks are a blur.

Autumn is her now, a chill in the air and the leaves are dropping fast.
